I will always recall the feedback and truest courage of the community cast members we have gotten to share our tours with, they had impacted my vision and virtues to another level:

While sitting in a circle in New Haven, we were enjoying casual conversations when one of the community members interrupted us briefly to share his thoughts. He explained how working with our vibrant and lovable Contra-Tiempo cast had given him the strength to believe that a more just and happier world is possible through art and love.
During our trip to Arizona, I faced some personal struggles. However, sharing my burden and being open to trust and connection led to a fruitful conversation about love, community, relationships, and personal growth. For example, this person shared that they regularly check on their immediate neighbors to lend an ear, share needs, and build relationships. This really struck me, especially since I was coming from a place of isolation. It highlighted how being connected within a community can significantly aid in healing and transform our lives.

These are just a couple of examples that I witnessed how our work is so special.
